The Application Process

Start by completing the Application to Exhibit form below on this ‘Exhibit’ page and submit.
Our approval panel will need to see your recent work either on your social media or website.
If you would like us to see other work please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Our curation panel will review your application and artwork to ensure it is of a quality that we would like to see at our Fairs.
of Approval or Refusal
We will get in touch with you within five business days to inform you of the outcome of your exhibitor application. You will be notified whether you have been declined as an exhibitor or approved as an exhibitor for our upcoming fairs.
If you are approved, we will provide you with detailed information about the fair you are interested in.
Complete The Booking Form
Complete the booking form from your exhibitor information pack and return it with images of your artwork and a £200 deposit.
We will advise you which stand from your options, has been booked for you.
The remaining balance after the £200 Deposit is taken off is split into two instalments which are to be paid 4 and 2 months before the fair.
Once the full payment is received, you are all set to showcase your artworks at our art fair.
Once you are an approved exhibitor, you shall receive an exhibitor pack containing essential information. Inside the pack, you’ll find a fair layout, a comprehensive list of stand prices, and a booking form.
When filling out the booking form, please indicate your preferred stand choices by ranking them as first, second, and third options. We will confirm your stand once your application has been approved.
Our stand spaces are measured in multiples of 1m panels and are priced differently depending on whether they are:
Standard (S) stands are in a run of stands and have three walls
Premium (P) stands are on a corner and have two walls.
We have indicated below the guide price per linear metres for the two types of stand, so you can work out the approximate cost of a stand.
*Stands are available between the range of 2.5 and 10 linear metres.
